Full Moon – May 2016

A full moon occurs in Sidereal Scorpio this day, conjunct Mars and Saturn. All three planets have important influence on the human, whoever they are, wherever they are. Loka seva – service to all who live on this realm is important. In this message, we seek to unlock how one might do service.

Mars ruling the signs

A “dispositor” means ruler. A final or sole dispositor occurs in a horoscope when one planet lies in its own ruling sign — like Mars in Scorpio now; while at the same time, all the others lie in signs which are owned by that ruling planet through a series of steps. A final dispositor is said to be the head of the chart, with full autonomy over all the others. In this case, Saturn is sort of vying for this position as he is the nakshatra dispositor or higher consciousness overseer of Mars. Up till midweek of this week past, Mars pretty much ruled everything.

The Sun, Mercury and Venus were in Aries so they were all disposited by (ruled by) Mars who rules Aries. Jupiter and Rahu are in Leo which is ruled by Sun which was disposited by Mars. The Moon throughout this period is in Mars-ruled signs or signs that are disposited by planets in Mars’ signs, except for when it is in its own sign of Cancer. Saturn is in Scorpio with Mars/ruled by Mars.

The Moon in Scorpio is with Mars and Saturn. Mars is energy, drive, action, goals, movement, motion, impulse, dare to win with results. Lord Saturn (Lord of Time and History), is the slow one, (manda, lame), who signifies self discipline and self control. Saturn is Time, waiting, patience, evaluating goals, ways, means. The Moon is the presiding deity of the mind. The mind is all important, it is like a key. Turn the key towards the world, action, results, the mind will be immersed in the outer world. Turn the key towards the heart, the soul, the atma, the mind takes on these aspects of inner reflection, patience, self discipline.
put the two together in a harmony, flow of Love.

It is known that Saturn does poorly in Scorpio, which is ruled by Mars. It is known that Saturn is retrograde and Mars is retrograde. “Retrograde” means “do-good”, do stronger, reflect more energy. So the nature and purposes of both planets is reflected even strong. Some would feel fearful that there are terrible results on hand. We have to keep in mind that the planets – graha, that is, those heavenly bodies that seize us with their energy – can raise us up, they can pull us down. Much depends on how we utilise their energies.

Sambanda means on the edges of, at the division, at the point of change. There is partial sambhanda (Mars in Saturn nakshatra/lunar mansion and Saturn in Mars rashi/sign) means we have the opportunity work in some harmony for positive results, to bring things together with love and well-wishes for all. Samasta loka, sukhino bhavantu – may all beings in all the worlds be happy. We can achieve this by taking the energy and drive of Mars and hold that with the discipline and self control of Saturn and put the two together in a harmony, a flow of love as we seek to achieve our outcomes. We may take the mind, we may guide the mind with love, and seek a loving outcome for ourselves and for all others.

Full Moon

Full Moons are times when strong and plentiful energy floods the Earth. This energy, directed by the Full Moon – may be taken and used for benefit. Hence, the Hierarchy offer us the choice to harness energies for planetary benefit by doing group meditation and directing energy in the form of love, light or healing, wherever there is a need. As there are a plenitude of places where humanity is suffering on Earth in this day (one thinks of Ebola in Africa, mudslides in India and China, flash flooding in the US juxtaposed with drought conditions in other places in the US, and the problems of Malaysian Airlines and the Middle East, and the healing needed in the aftermath of Fukushima) … all these places and more benefit from Full Moon Meditation, healing and love.

The Hierarchy have advised us that the times of the Full Moon are times when energy is magnified, and multiplied. Groups sitting together in meditation on peace, harmony, goodwill towards all have a manifold affect on the energies surrounding our planet when they do this on the Full Moon day. If it is not possible to do so on the actual day, then, we have been told, the day before or the day after will also serve as days of excellence in sending out positive harmony, peace and helpful energies to all places on our Earth.

Meditating on light can raise the level of light within the individual. Meditating on light for our home, Planet Earth, can raise the level of light in places where this is needed. For LIGHT can be, as you know when you turn on a light in a room it has different voltages in different countries – in some countries it is brighter – sometimes it is darker. In a way, the Light in each individual on this Earth is the same. Sometimes it is brighter and sometimes it is darker. Such meditation is always of help to others.

Focus on Planetary Healing

We have been advised by the Hierarchy that part of the Planetary Healing meditations at the time of Full Moon is to include healing of waters – external waters on our planet, and internal waters within the human. The earth’s water needs healing.

“Radiation from Fukushima flowing into the Pacific Basin;
Jalarm tells that ALL WATER on this planet needs cleansing … “

Jalarm: It is losing its energy field of Light and Love, and this needs to be raised so a focus on WATER – ALL WATER upon the Earth, this planet, is important.

… … though it is not meant to be a separation, is also the water that exists in every form of life that has fluid in its body – this needs to be cleared as well. Does that make sense?

Another helpful form of group activity on Full Moon days is calling on the Angels, the Spirit Guides, the Star Beings of the Hierarchy, and the different Divinities – for all are but different forms of the one substance we may call GOD – and calling upon them for help. All prayers are answered; all prayers for the Good of All are responded to. It is well known that Divinity in its different names and forms takes the energies of devotion to God, the prayers, the offerings of Love, Harmony, Peace, Light and distribute this to places where it is needed around the Earth. Such meditations and prayers can also be offered on Full Moon days. Many prayers hail the Lord – or God – as a God of Mercy and Compassion. Compassion makes no difference between those who suffer and those who cause that suffering. Compassion is for all and such mercy offered in our prayers and meditation goes out for the Good of the All.
