The August Full Moon – the Blue Moon.

The Blue Full MoonWe commence looking at this Full Moon by noticing an oddity, the rising sign is the same for both the Birth chart and the 9th, the Navamsa. The rising sign is Pisces. In Vedic Astrology, we say “vargottama lagna”; this means there is a strong effect of Meena (Pisces), traditionally a signifier of the last things, emotion, water, and perhaps, looking both ways at matters, maybe unsettled at this time.
