The 4th and 5th Dimensions and Self-Discipline

The energies of the 4th and 5th Dimensions are experienced as expanded capacities of the mind. The psychic abilities of clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience and clairgnosis become heightened. We begin to have psychic experiences we have not had before. Time moves more quickly; energy moves faster and different forms of energy, particularly thought energy and the energy of emotion become more perceptible. Much of this is perceived within the mind. The mind is the servant of man, not the master.

For many people, the mind is the master, the driver, the unquestioned leader within. Many people simply follow the dictates of their mind, as if they are the servant of their minds. This is putting the cart before the horse. The mind in fact is the servant, and you, in your being, in your self-awareness, are the master. In order to successfully master this transition to the 4th and 5th Dimensions, management of the mind is needed. We become aware of the need for self discipline and self control.

With the incursion of 4th and 5th Dimensional energies, along with re-activation of that which has been dormant and inactive within the human renders an expansion of inner activity of the mind. If you are not at present in control of mind, if you are not managing the outward going mind and its desires, wants, needs or delusions, there is likely to be an expansion into chaos. Now is a time of multiple chaotic nodes; of behaviour changes, impulses surge to the surface and are acted out. We may become dismayed, disappointed and overwhelmed by what emerges from within us. That which is in the dark within us comes to light. How do we cope with this, to which discipline do we turn to in order to manage that which we begin to discover within?

Discipline is the direct, deliberate cultivation of self-control, self-management, self-respect and self-satisfaction. Discipline is formed over time and requires self-awareness. When discipline becomes habit, it acquires aspects of contentment and fearlessness - for we are fearless about how we will behave when confronted with the new, which is out of our current field of experience. When we have cultivated delay of gratification, when we have cultivated self control and self-discipline, then we will be capable of drawing from our well of discipline within appropriate responses - to that emerging from within - which we have not experienced within ourselves before. We will have a capacity, a deep well from which we may draw upon in order to cope.

W.A.T.C.H - A Way to Self Discipline

Self awareness and self discipline are the fruit of self-reflection, self monitoring of thoughts, feelings and actions. One simple method of self-monitoring is WATCH. The acronym W.A.T.C.H. - Watch your Words, Actions, Thoughts, Character & Heart - becomes the foundation for self-awareness.

Each time we look at our physical watches we can be reminded of this "Watch" acronym. "The watch we have may break some time or other but this "WATCH" is unbreakable." It can become the simple basis of our lives upon which we may become aware of our thoughts, words and deeds. "We can WATCH whether we are speaking good or bad; whether we denigrate others or appreciate them. We cannot escape the consequences of our actions and they build up our Character. Everything has reaction, reflection, resound and comes back to us in some form or another." (Sathya Sai Baba)

When we are self-disciplined persons, we will continue to be self-disciplined with the capacity to manage the outward-going mind when challenges of the new from the rising energies of the 4th and 5th Dimensions confront us, or when the chaotic nodes confront us.
