The World has passed Mother Earth day, where much attention and planning for the future of our Earth is at hand. International meets consider the need for adaptation to climate change; there is the pandemic multiplying in some places, and there are alarums and exceptions about the vaccines available, giving some hesitancy. This Full Moon offers some drive, much security, yet tells there are elephants in the room, important matters re the welfare of humanity are being sidelined by some nations, some groups, and most of all, those who seek profit motive. The Solar New Year in Vedanga occurs when the Sun enters Aries. This has various calculations, depending on where one lives in India and which calendar is in force. For many, it is Ugadi, or the day before, or the day after. We will take the day after Ugadi (when the Sun enters Aries at Uluru), which we have been advised, is now raised to the 5th Dimension.
The next full moon will be on March 29, which will be the time for a lot of sacred events to begin in many religions. This March Full Moon is a moon of consolation and uplifting activity, particularly for those emerging from the pandemic, and lost their employment. There are two equinoxes every year – in September and March – when the sun shines directly on the equator and the length of day and night is nearly equal. Seasons are opposite on either side of the Equator, so the equinox in March in the Southern Hemisphere is known as the autumnal equinox. In the Northern Hemisphere it is Spring time and life commences regeneration after the winter hibernation. This time of Equinox is important for several planetary movements, the end of one debilitating planetary yoga, and 5th Dimension moving us to the higher dimension for all that live on Earth.
The February Full Moon brings challenges in its wake, along with gifts from the Paramatman, the gift of light (raising of consciousness) through the work of Planet Mars. There is a call to be wary in the period before, during and after this full Moon. Nonetheless, the planets raise us up if we but seek their help and succour.
